Kim Webb is a rising Masters student at Villanova University, studying European History. She is an alumna of Saint Louis University, where she received a Bachelor degree in History and Italian Studies. Her research interests are in the broad intersections of disease, gender, and religion in the High to Late Middle Ages, including the history of the body and the history of death. Kim plans to use material, print, and visual culture to explore disease’s influence on culture from a gendered and religious (particularly Jewish and Catholic) perspective.
